Order was placed online via website. Had to phone after not receiving order. No apologies for missing it. Meal was not appetizing! Vegetables were poor quality. Dinner for 3 came with only 1 fortune cookie:-(

We ordered for Christmas Eve family dinner at 4:11 PM and we were offered a pick up time any time after 20 minutes later. We placed the preorder for 5:45 PM and have yet to be given our food at 6:51 PM as I write this review after getting a review request email. Family has been sitting there for pick up since 5:30 PM watching Uber Eats, Door Dash and Skip drivers walk in and out within 2 minutes. I don’t write negative reviews basically EVER but this is super upsetting for the family stuck there waiting and missing out on family time for Christmas Eve.

The chow mien was stale the smell was old rancid noodles!
The food arrived 25 minutes late and so the food was soggy! And just about warm!
On an $70 plus order we were given 1 fortune cookie!
We were beyond disappointed
